had to write a paragraph on this lady named miss Minnie who was suing the weather man for her stuff getting rained on.
here are the directions : decide which side wins the case and write a paragraph discussing the merrits of the case. discuss weather the weatherman or miss minnie is responsible for miss Minnie troubles. supply logical reasons for your conclusion.

“Miss Minnie, why do you think you have a case?” asks the judge.
“Well,” Miss Minnie begins, “The weatherman predicted a report of sunny skies with temperatures in the high seventies, and a 20% chance of rain. I had bought new clothes and was wearing them to my early bird dinner and didn’t bring a coat or hat because he said it wasn’t going to rain! I want him to pay for my new clothes, the taxi ride, the beauty shop charges because my hair got ruined, my medical costs because I got phenomena from the rain, the personal stress that the rain put on me and his negligence in reporting the weather. All I wanted to do was enjoy the sunshine in my new clothes.”
“So you want him to pay you $500 for your problems?”
“Yes your honor I do.”
“Now, Mr. Weatherman please state your side of the case.” The judge says.
“I did predict that it was going to be sunny skies but I also said that there was a 20% chance of rain and the accuracy rating of my prediction is about 50%. I think it’s crazy that she wants me to pay for her losses that are not my fault. Even though we use radars to track patterns of clouds and other weather indicators of storms arriving, weather is unpredictable. The weather isn’t guessed at, but you should know as well as I that it isn’t always the simple fact of the matter, weather is unpredictable.”

“Mr. Weatherman you do have a point, you don’t just guess on the weather you have radars to help with your prediction. I think you, Miss Minnie are crazy for wanting to sue the weatherman! It’s not his fault that it just happened to rain the 20% that was predicted where you were at, at the time. You should of took your coat and hat just incase. For this I don’t grant your wish of $500. The defendant wins the case owing nothing to Miss Minnie, thank you and court dismissed.”

Alright. Well i’ve been dying my hair for many years and never had a problem before. I would always go to salons and recently just this summer since we started getting less money due to my mom losing her job i started using boxes. I wanted to be part of a trend “porn star blonde hair” so i bleached it or went up to an 11 blonde shade(extra light blonde). I am naturally blonde so the first time it hit the right colour so i didn’t really have to redo it like many girls i know. I did notice the bottom being darker so i decided to redye the bottom once i did my roots again. I started using L’oreal Dream blonde kit. I died my hair that light blonde in the ending of August(but i already had my hair dyed not long ago previous to the dye which ya i know was dumb, but i really didn’t know better since hair stylists usto always give me a time limit but never told me what would happen if i did it earlier). By the middle of september i redid my roots and redyed the bottom. Then AGAIN i decided why not re-do my roots by the end of september. My hair was so dry after that like it wasn’t even funny. I really didn’t understand what was going on though because i don’t know how often you can and can’t dye your hair. My bottom started to break off. Only about 2 small sections broke off underneath. Luckily because my hair still looks fine. I stopped dying the roots and i quickly started doing deep conditioning treatments. I noticed an improvement, but for some reason my hair was still thinning. I went to a doctor and to my suprise she told me blood tests proved i had low iron levels so that was a contributer to my hair loss. After iron supplements my hair was finaly much stronger. I’ve also been adding a lot of veggies and fruits in diet.

Its been a little over a month since i’ve dyed even my roots and i really don’t want to have to re use this gay colour ever again. I’m naturally blonde and i found some pictures online that are very close to my natural hair colour. I was thinking in a week or two i’ll go down to a high end salon and get it trimmed and dyed to my natural so i don’t have to keep the bleach blonde colour re dyig. I just think the bleach ate my hair and the boxed dye sucked.

Current hair: Much less hair breaking. Hair growing getting fuller and stronger. & finally i don’t see chunks of hair in my brushes anymore.

ADVICE PLEASE!
