Has anyone used Nisim hair loss products (shampoo, conditioner and hair stimulating extract)? If so have they worked for you? I understand they did a clinical study on men and had success. Would be especially interested in hearing from any women who have tried it. Thanks!

Hair loss can make any woman upset. Many women pride themselves, and their looks, on their hair. But when it starts to fall out, they do not know what to do. There are many reasons for women’s hair loss. And each type of hair loss has its own treatment. To find the right treatment for your hair loss, you need to find out what has caused your hair loss.
There are few questions you should ask yourself when your hair starts falling out. Have you had a major illness or surgery lately? Did you have any serious trauma, emotional or physical, such as a car accident or having someone close to you pass away? Are you suffering from stress or anxiety? Are you depressed? Are you on medications? If so, are any of the side effects from those medications hair loss? Do you a poor diet or eating disorder such as anorexia or bulimia? If you have answered yes to any of these questions, then they are more than likely the cause of your hair loss. However, it is important to note that these could just be one piece to the puzzle of your hair loss.
Another one of the many reasons for women’s hair loss is female pattern baldness. This is a hereditary form of baldness also called androgenic alopecia. Every woman has testosterone in their body, which is what helps with hair growth on your head and all over your body. However, with this chemical, your body also produces DHT (Dihydrotestosterone). With female pattern baldness, your body tends to overproduce this chemical in your body, which causes damage to the hair, causing it to fall out. The good news for this type of hair loss is that it can be treated. Minoxodil, a cream, is the most common treatment for this type of hair loss, since it is the only one on the market that is approved by the FDA.
Another thing to consider is any medical conditions you may have. Thyroid disorders can cause hair loss. Diabetes can also cause women to lose their hair. Even autoimmune disorders can cause you to lose your hair. That is because your immune system gets confused and starts attacking different parts of your body, because it thinks they are foreign bodies. This can wreck havoc on your entire body, including your hair. There are many ways to treat this. Your specialist you see for your autoimmune disorder can help you find the right one for you.
There can be many reasons for women’s hair loss. If you are a woman suffering from hair loss, talk to your doctor. A dermatologist is the best doctor to talk to about this. If you do not have one, your primary physician can refer you to a good one that may be in network for your insurance. Remember to be honest with them and let them know about everything going on in your life. This is the only way to find the cause of your hair loss and make sure they find the appropriate course of action to help you regain your thick hair.
